Job Summary
Drivers are responsible for safely transporting general freight and cargo to our customers in a dependable timely manner. This roll may also be responsible for loading and unloading freight to the customer’s desired location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver freight to our customers’ locations locally and long distance
- Meet all DOT and other regulatory requirements that apply to the vehicle and cargo being transported
- Comply with all laws related to fueled and non-fueled vehicles
- Drive trucks in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Work with other driver(s) on a team to deliver freight to customer’s designated location – Drive defensively and obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and weight restrictions
